Take a hint
Before you rush into any physical exercise, have a flick through the Tips & Hints section. It's packed with juicy info that will help you make the most of the demo. From warming up and setting goals to creating playlists and designing workouts, this section will cover all of the key points to make sure you're on the right track to becoming fitter.
Move to a fitter you
Along with a sneak peek at the long list of exercises available in the full game, the demo also invites you to try your hand at three of them: Heavy Bag Targets, Pickup and Cross Punching.
Throw some punches and let off some steam in Heavy Bag Targets - hold a motion controller in each hand and punch as if there was a real punchbag in front of you and the PlayStation Eye camera will track your every movement. Pickup will challenge you to do a series of squats, while in Cross Punching you follow your trainer's movements and hit targets as they light up on-screen.
Reap the benefits
Each of the exercises in Move Fitness focuses on a different area of your body. Take a look at the Benefits section to see which muscles you're toning. Once you've completed an exercise, you'll be able to check out your score and see how many calories you've burned - keep an eye on this to track your progress and try to score more points.
Keep it up
Stay fighting fit with Move Fitness when it launches in November 2011. Until then, start getting into shape with this free demo, available to download from PlayStation Store.
