In the meantime, check out these platinum pointers for Battlefield 3.
"To obtain the platinum trophy, you have to communicate with your partners in the game. It's very important to help each other; the trophies involve co-operation and are very difficult and it's all about talking with others." (Chrisdenimes, France)
"The most difficult trophy? Twofor. It took a long time waiting for enemies to line up helpfully, and in the end I succeeded, managing to down two guys with the single bullet needed. You just have to wait it out." (subzzerro, France)
"The only trophy I had problems with was You can be my Wingman Anytime, during the mission Going Hunting. You have to do it in one go; if you restart from the checkpoint, as I did, you will not get the trophy.
"For the online part, Bullseye in Co-op Mode was tough, and for this I thank the user ooweda2blu, who helped me get this trophy. It was difficult and you also need good co-ordination. You will have to find a co-op buddy who has a good network connection, to make sure lag is at a minimum. Otherwise, you can sometimes hear your buddy fire slightly before you do, compromising your cover." (Kikko_R, Italy)
"The best way to get the Bullseye trophy is to set the difficulty to Easy. Prior to that you should directly discuss strategy with your partner in-game. Play this level three or four times to make sure you are familiar with it and completely aware of the location of the enemies. Also, it is really important use a headset so that you can call out fire commands." (ZooVeR, Russia)
"I chose the Normal difficulty level, then on my second run-through I increased the challenge and collected the easier trophies. After that I went for specific trophies. Enjoy the game first, then hunt down trophies. That's my advice." (DerKoenigsblaue, Germany)
"Without doubt Semper Fidelis is the toughest trophy. You have to complete Campaign Mode on Hard difficulty, which means that you have to take cover constantly, fire in accurate bursts, watch your ammo and be very careful. It's well worth it for the adrenaline rush at the end." (naranjojmnc, Spain)
"The thing I remember most about the platinum trophy was Co-op Mode. I spent nearly a full weekend partnering random players without headsets, making the stealth trophies impossible. I was going to give up until I got into a game with a guy from Yorkshire who not only had a headset, but a wicked sense of humour. We had a good laugh together and after a couple of tries got our trophies." (eltonkev, UK)
"There were some tricky trophies leading up to the platinum, that's for sure. Specifically, anything that involved relying on other people – all the multiplayer modes and the co-op ones – and also the Hard difficulty setting. I'll remember the Drop 'Em Like Liquid trophy and the pain I went through to get it forever. In a nice way, though." (TheNarrator, UK)
