ICO & Shadow of the Colossus Classics HD
Two all-time classics come together in one downloadable package from acclaimed developer Team ICO. The first, ICO, is the story of a young boy imprisoned inside a seemingly deserted castle with only ominous shadows for company. You soon meet a spirit-like girl named Yorda; your task is to take her by the hand and lead her to freedom, solving ancient conundrums as you go.
Swapping vast walls for huge openness and roaming giants is Shadow of the Colossus, the tale of a boy named Wander and his quest to save a girl's soul in a haunting world. Track down 16 hulking beasts known as Colossi, pinpoint their weaknesses and bring the girl back to life.
Both tales will leave their mark on you, whether it's because of the inspiring artwork or the delicate relationship between each pair of heroes. What's more, you can also use Remote Play to access your PS3 and explore both games using your PlayStation Vita.
Generally reckoned to be one of the most challenging adventures ever released on PS3, Demon's Souls has become a firm favourite among role-playing game fans thanks to its dark, foreboding world and richly rewarding gameplay. Every single battle must be carefully planned, although you will often meet your match and find your soul transported to the ghostly Nexus Realm – from here, it's a tricky road back to regaining your body.
